The GPS Add-On Module receives GPS satellite signals through its built-in patch antenna, and relays precise location data to the CANSAT processor for downlink. The module reports latitude, longitude, altitude and the number of satellites detected. The module plugs directly into the CANSAT with no modification necessary.
